Terms of sale and use
Last updated: 6 August 2026
1. Who we are
Letterhead is a trading name of Morena Pixels, Inc., a stock corporation incorporated in the State of Delaware on 9 March 2023 under file number 7341350, whose registered office is 8 The Green, Suite 4000, Dover, Delaware 19901, and whose registered agent is A Registered Agent, Inc. In these terms, "we", "us" and "Letterhead" mean that company, and "you" means the person subscribing.

2. You must be 18 or over
Letterhead publishes sexually explicit written and illustrated material for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to subscribe or to read anything we send. By subscribing you confirm that you are.
You must not show, lend, forward or resell our material to anyone under that age. We may close an account without refund if we have good reason to believe it is held by a minor or that material has been passed to one.
3. What a subscription includes
One sealed envelope a month, posted to the address you give us. Each envelope contains an original story written to a genre you chose, a position postcard, a sheet of stickers, a bookmark, a wordsearch and a playlist card.
Your subscription price covers one genre a month. Each additional genre is a further letter in the same envelope, charged separately (see below).
Contents vary month to month. We may substitute an item of equivalent value if a supplier fails us. We commission fiction; we do not guarantee that any particular writer, theme or scenario will appear.
4. Prices
All prices are in United States dollars and exclude any tax we are required to collect, which is shown before you pay.
- Monthly — $29 per month
- Six months prepaid — $156, being $26 per month
- Twelve months prepaid — $276, being $23 per month, including a toy
- Each additional genre — $12 per month
- Delivery to Canada — $3 per envelope
- Gift runs — $87, $156 or $276 for three, six or twelve months
We may change prices for future runs. If you are on a prepaid run your price is fixed for that run. If you are billed monthly we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any increase takes effect, and you may cancel before it does. Founding subscribers keep their rate for as long as their subscription runs without a break.
5. Billing
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically. We charge the card you gave us on the same date each month until you cancel. The amount, the frequency and the cancellation method are shown to you on the payment page before you pay, and repeated in your receipt.
Prepaid runs do not renew automatically. You pay once for the whole run. Before the last envelope we will write to you and ask whether you want to carry on. If you do nothing, the run simply ends.
Payment is taken by our payment processor, CCBill, LLC, on a page hosted by them. Your card details go straight to CCBill and never pass through this site. We never see or store your full card number.
What appears on your statement. The charge will show as [YOUR APPROVED CCBILL DESCRIPTOR]. It does not say what you bought. If a charge you do not recognise appears, CCBill runs a consumer support desk at support.ccbill.com where you can look it up by the descriptor, and you can always write to us directly.
6. Cancelling
You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time, without giving a reason and without a cancellation fee, using the link in any receipt or by emailing info@letterhead.wtf. Cancellation takes effect before your next charge.
The cut-off is the 25th. Orders and changes received by the 25th apply to the envelope going out on the 1st. After the 25th an envelope has been printed and packed for you, so that month's charge stands and the envelope will be sent.
On a prepaid run you may stop at any time. We will refund the envelopes that have not yet been printed, at the rate you actually paid, and keep the value of those already printed or posted.
7. EU and UK customers: your 14-day withdrawal right
If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, without giving a reason. Nothing in these terms takes that away.
To withdraw, email info@letterhead.wtf within 14 days of your order, or of the arrival of the first envelope, whichever is later. We will refund everything you paid, including basic delivery, within 14 days of being told.
You do not have to send anything back. If an envelope has already reached you, keep it. We do not ask for returns, we do not operate a returns address, and your refund does not depend on posting anything to us. It is your post, and we would rather not have it travelling back across a border with your name on it.
8. Delivery
Where we ship
Europe, the United States and Canada. If your country is not on the list at checkout we cannot reach you yet.
What delivery costs
Delivery to the United States and to Europe is included in the price. Delivery to Canada costs $3 per envelope. It is added automatically when you choose Canada and is shown to you before you pay.
When it goes out
Envelopes are posted on the 1st of each month. The cut-off is the 25th. Order by the 25th and you are in that month's print run; order after it and you start with the following month. Gift runs land on the date you chose, and where you asked for a sealed card to hand over we post that to you within [N] business days.
How long it takes
From the 1st, typically [N-N] business days in the United States, [N-N] in Canada and [N-N] in Europe. These are estimates rather than guarantees. Post is post.
What arrives
A plain envelope carrying our name and nothing else — no imagery, no description of the contents, nothing on the outside that says what is inside. The sender address is a fulfilment address of ours, never another subscriber's. Gift envelopes go out in oxblood with a gold wax seal: obviously a gift, and obviously nothing else.
Customs
Where an envelope crosses a customs border it carries a declaration describing the contents as printed matter, which is what they are. Any duty or import tax is set by your country and is your responsibility. Printed matter of this value rarely attracts any.
Changing your address
Email us before the 25th and the change applies to the next envelope. After the 25th your envelope has been printed and addressed and we cannot redirect it.
If it does not arrive
Tell us. If an envelope is lost in the post we will send another with the next run, or refund that month if you would rather. You paid for something to arrive; if it did not, that is ours to put right. We do not need the original back — there is nothing to return.
If envelopes to your address go missing repeatedly we will ask you to use a different one before we send more.
9. What you may do with your copy
Everything we send you is yours to keep. The words and illustrations remain the copyright of Letterhead or the writers and artists we commission.
You may read it, keep it, lend the physical envelope to another adult and quote briefly from it with attribution. You may not scan, photograph, transcribe, upload, republish or resell the contents, in whole or in substantial part, or use them to train a machine-learning model.
10. Accounts and conduct
Give us an accurate delivery address and keep it current. We are not responsible for envelopes sent to an address you gave us in error, and cannot reissue those free of charge. Undeliverable envelopes are destroyed rather than returned or stored.
We may refuse or end a subscription if you breach these terms, if we cannot deliver to you, if your payment fails repeatedly, or if you behave abusively toward our staff or writers. Where we end a subscription without fault on your part we will refund the unposted balance.
11. Liability
We provide the subscription with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the subscription is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by something outside our reasonable control, including postal disruption. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
12. Changes, law and disputes
We may amend these terms. If a change materially affects you we will email you at least 30 days beforehand, and you may cancel before it takes effect. The version on this page at the time of your order governs that order.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts sitting in Delaware have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the EU or the UK, you keep the benefit of the mandatory consumer protections of your own country and may bring proceedings there.
If something has gone wrong, write to info@letterhead.wtf first. We would rather fix it than argue about it.
