What we publish, and what we never will

What we publish
Original erotic fiction, commissioned from working writers, together with illustrations drawn in house. Everything is invented. Every character is an adult, and every character is fictional.
What we will never publish
- Anyone under 18, or any character written or drawn to read as a minor, in any sexual context whatsoever. No exceptions, no ambiguity, no "she's actually 300 years old".
- Real, identifiable people in sexual situations, living or dead.
- Sexual content involving animals.
- Content that presents rape, abuse, trafficking or coercion approvingly, or as a model for behaviour.
- Incest, or sexual content between characters written as close family.
- Content whose purpose is to degrade a real group of people on the basis of race, religion, disability, sexuality or gender identity.
- Anything intended to instruct in genuine harm.
Consensual non-consent, and where the line sits
Some of our genres include consensual non-consent and dubious-consent scenarios. Where they appear, they are fantasy written between adult characters who have established the scene, and they are marked so you always know what you are holding.
We publish this because it is a common and legitimate fantasy. We do not publish depictions of actual rape or abuse presented as desirable, and the distinction is not a technicality to us. If you would rather never encounter it, do not select the genres it appears in and it will not reach you.
Choosing what reaches you
You pick your genres before you pay, and you may change them before the 25th of any month. You can also ask us to leave trans and nonbinary leads, or disabled leads, out of everything we send you. Those preferences apply to every envelope, including Dealer's Choice months.
We honour the limits you set. If something arrives that should not have, tell us and we will replace the envelope and correct our records.
Illustrations
Every illustration is drawn in house and depicts fictional characters. No real person is photographed, filmed or depicted. See our § 2257 statement.
Our writers
Writers are commissioned, paid and credited under whatever name they choose. They are briefed on a genre, never on a subscriber. Nobody who writes for us is told who will read what they wrote.
Telling us something is wrong
If you believe anything we have published breaches this policy, or infringes your rights, write to info@letterhead.wtf with enough detail to find it. We acknowledge within two business days, and we remove anything that breaches this policy while we look into it.
Copyright complaints under the DMCA go to the same address, marked for the attention of [DESIGNATED DMCA AGENT NAME].
Changes
We may tighten this policy at any time. We will not loosen it without telling subscribers first.
